Connect Calendly for automated appointment booking and scheduling

Create Calendly Account
Sign up for a Calendly account if you don't have one
- Visit calendly.com
- Sign up for a free or paid account
- Complete your profile setup
- Create your first event type

Generate API Token
Create an API token in Calendly settings
- Go to Calendly Settings
- Navigate to 'Integrations' > 'API & Webhooks'
- Click 'Create New Token'
- Name it (e.g., 'UCrew Integration')
- Copy the token (shown only once!)
- Save it securely

Get Your User URI
Find your Calendly user URI for API calls
- In Calendly, go to Settings > Account
- Your User URI is: https://api.calendly.com/users/YOUR_USER_ID
- Or use the API: GET /users/me to get your URI
- Copy the full URI

Set Up Webhooks (Optional)
Configure webhooks for real-time booking notifications
- Go to Integrations > Webhooks
- Click 'Add Webhook Subscription'
- Set webhook URL to UCrew's endpoint
- Select events: 'invitee.created', 'invitee.canceled'
- Save webhook

Connect in UCrew
Add your Calendly integration to UCrew dashboard
- Go to Integrations page in UCrew
- Click 'Connect Calendly'
- Enter your Calendly User URI
- Enter your API Token
- Test connection and save

Important Notes
- •API tokens are shown only once - save them immediately
- •You need a Calendly paid plan for API access
