Connect Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business to UCrew

Create Meta App
Go to Meta for Developers and create a new app
- Visit developers.facebook.com
- Click 'Create App'
- Select 'Business' as app type
- Fill in app details and create

Configure App Settings
Set up your app for Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Add Messenger product
- Add Instagram product (optional)
- Add WhatsApp product (optional)
- Configure webhook URL

Get App Credentials
Copy your App ID and App Secret
- Go to Settings > Basic
- Copy App ID
- Copy App Secret (keep it secure)
- Save credentials for next step

Connect in UCrew
Add your Meta integration in UCrew dashboard
- Go to Integrations page
- Click 'Connect Meta'
- Enter App ID and App Secret
- Authorize permissions

Configure Webhooks
Set up webhooks for real-time message delivery
- UCrew automatically configures webhooks
- Verify webhook URL in Meta dashboard
- Subscribe to message events
- Test connection
Important Notes
- •Keep your App Secret secure and never share it publicly
- •Webhook URL must be publicly accessible (HTTPS required)
- •Verify webhook token matches the one in UCrew settings
- •Test your integration before going live
